Before you officially start the game account cancelation procedure, please first pay attention to the following special introduction:
After you successfully cancel the game account, unless laws, regulations, or other stipulations in relevant agreements state otherwise, your personal information in this game account might be processed, including but not limited to deleting, making anonymous, and other processing. At the same time, please understand that the previously associated products, earnings, services, and others related to this game account might also no longer be associated. Once this game account is successfully canceled, there will be no way to recover it. For this reason, please perform this operation with caution.
If you ultimately decide to cancel this game account, please be sure to carefully read and understand everything in this Game Account Cancelation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”).
In this Agreement, “we” refers to the game service provider, and refers to all kinds of game products and related services provided by Happy OG Limited, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.
In this Agreement, “you” refers to the natural person who downloads, installs, and uses the game services through the legal channels provided by us.
We remind you again to carefully read this Agreement, especially the relevant terms that exempt our liability and limit your rights and other interests. We will use bold text or other reasonable methods to get your attention for these important terms. At the same time, you confirm and agree that after you start the cancelation operation according to the cancelation procedure we provide or tick the “I have carefully read and agree to the Game Account Cancelation Agreement” option, it is deemed that you have already agreed and guaranteed to comply with everything in this Agreement.

The main contents of this Agreement are as follows:

1. You thoroughly understand and agree: Once your game account is successfully canceled, it will (might) produce outcomes including but not limited to the following consequences and require you to bear by yourself:
1.1 Once canceled, you won’t be able to log in or use this account and can’t recover the related info. Unless laws, regulations, or other stipulations in relevant agreements state otherwise, we will process the personal information (including but not limited to avatars, names, purchases, alliance records, chat records, geographical locations, and other content) in this game account. The processing method includes but isn’t limited to deleting, making anonymous, and others. At that time, you will no longer be able to recall or recover the info mentioned above, and you also have no right to ask us to help you recall or recover it.
1.2 Once canceled, the in-game virtual items, in-game virtual currencies, and other value-added services in this game account (For example, in-game membership earnings, monthly card memberships, game-related services, automatic subscription renewal services, and other services. The above content includes your already purchased but hasn’t expired services.)(hereinafter “game earnings”) will also be deleted. Accordingly, we also remind you to duly handle your in-game earnings before deciding to cancel this game account. Otherwise, you bear the consequences produced from this by yourself. After your game account cancelation application is successful, if this game account still has unhandled earnings (including but not limited to game earnings), we will deem it as you voluntarily giving them up, and they can’t be refunded. Also, you agree we have the right to perform the operations to process them.
1.3 Once canceled, it doesn’t mean your automatically renewed subscriptions also automatically stop their renewals and the corresponding fee deductions. Before you cancel the subscription services, your subscription services will continue deducting fees through the relevant platforms. Therefore, we kindly remind you to select the corresponding day to apply for canceling the game account according to when your automatically renewed subscriptions expire, and we recommend that you continue the application to cancel the game account after canceling all relevant subscription services. Otherwise, you bear all the consequences produced from this by yourself.
1.4 Once canceled, even if you later use the same mobile number, email address, or other accounts we regard as game accounts to apply for registration with us again, they will similarly be deemed as new game accounts. If you have any questions or other requirements, we kindly remind you to communicate with our staff through the contact info in this Agreement.
1.5 Once canceled, except for special legal requirements and already valid agreements, it is deemed that you have immediately terminated our Term of Services. Please be aware that this doesn’t mean you are exempt from the relevant liability you shall bear for using this game account before cancelation.
1.6 Other possible consequences produced because of the account cancelation.
2. Before you apply for cancelation with us, please check your account’s actual situation yourself to safeguard your account security and relevant interests and ensure your game account meets the following conditions for cancelation:
2.1 You are the lawful owner of the game account applying for cancelation and can log in to use the account. After you submit the application, we have the right to require you to provide some necessary information for verification and check the information according to your in-game account information and the materials you provided to verify you are the actual lawful owner of this account. Please understand that if we determine you aren’t the actual lawful owner after verification, we have the right to suspend or rescind your application.
2.2 The game account you are applying for cancelation doesn't violate our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other relevant policies. Please confirm and agree that even if your cancelation is approved and the cancelation is successful, it doesn’t mean you are exempt from the liability you shall bear in compliance with the relevant agreements of this game account. We will maintain the right to investigate relevant legal liabilities.
2.3 The game account you are applying for cancelation can be used normally. This includes but isn’t limited to accounts that aren’t stolen, banned, or other risks.
2.4 In the game account you are applying for cancelation, the unused in-game virtual items, in-game virtual currencies, and other “game earnings”, and unfinished purchases, orders, and other services have already been duly handled. If you didn’t handle them in time, we will deem this as you willfully giving up the game earnings mentioned above and the unfinished matters.
2.5 The game account you are applying for cancelation isn’t in any disputes or arguments. Such disputes and arguments include but aren’t limited to having complaints reported by others, making complaint reports about others, being investigated by the appropriate bodies or any other investigations, arbitrations, litigations, executions, and other procedures involving the authorities.
2.6 Your game account has already quit its Alliance or other similar player organizations to ensure your account isn’t in an Alliance or similar Alliance status. If your game account hasn’t quit all Alliances according to the requirements, you will be unable to continue canceling the game account.
2.7 Note: Your agreement will be deemed as you promising the account you are applying for cancelation meets the conditions for cancelation listed above.
3. You understand and agree that you can choose to contact our staff for cancelation or cancel your account according to the operation requirements we provided on the relevant game account cancelation feature page. If you decide to cancel the account according to our cancelation operations page, the relevant cancelation process is as follows:
3.1 Please confirm again if you want to cancel this game account to safeguard your account security and relevant interests and prevent yourself from making the wrong decision without knowing it. If you decide to continue canceling the account, please check and confirm that your game account meets the requirements of Term 2 in this Agreement ahead of time, and you guarantee to bear liability.
3.2 Please follow our official cancelation procedure and operational guidelines and perform the operations for the relevant “account cancelation” feature on the Settings page in the individual account.
3.3 Please carefully read our “Special Tips” or “Warning” terms or pages before agreeing to everything in this Agreement.
3.4 After you finish checking your game and agree to our “Game Account Cancelation Agreement”, please be aware that we might require you to confirm again whether you have decided to cancel the game account and provide an option to give up the cancelation. If you choose to “Give Up” the cancelation, your game account won’t be affected. You can continue to log in to the game as usual and play the game.
3.5 After you still decide to cancel the account and complete the operations mentioned above, we will notify you as to whether the account cancelation application is successful. To further safeguard your relevant legitimate rights, we especially remind you that we have the right to make an overall judgment as to whether your game account meets the conditions for cancelation according to the status of your account and usage. Therefore, if we believe your game account doesn’t meet the conditions for cancelation after making our overall judgment or when there is a question of ownership, your cancelation might be invalidated. At that time, please contact our staff for assistance through the contact info in this Agreement.
3.6 Within 24 hours after receiving the “account cancelation application is successful” notification, you can still normally log in to this game account, and it won’t be deemed as you rescinding the cancelation application for this game account. But, we will remind you that this game account is applying for cancelation. After these 24 hours, we will complete the relevant verification and implement the cancelation of your account within 15 days (hereinafter referred to as the “cancelation period”). But please be aware that if you use this game account again to log in and play the game during the cancelation period, we will deem this as you are rescinding this game account cancelation application.
3.7 You understand and agree that we might need compliance for processing before we delete or make your relevant personal information and other information anonymous to safeguard your legitimate rights to the full extent and meet our legal obligations. At that time, we will postpone deleting, making anonymous, and other processing of the personal information and other information in your game account.
3.8 You understand and agree that you shall cooperate with measures we might take if we need your assistance to verify relevant transactions, complaints, and others about this account, within the extent permitted by law to carry out the work of canceling the game account during the cancelation period.
4. Other Matters
4.1 This Agreement is a component of the Terms of Service. Matters not covered in this Agreement are subject to the Terms of Service. If there are inconsistencies, this Agreement shall prevail.
4.2 If you have any disputes or arguments with us, we shall try to solve them through friendly negotiations first. If the negotiations fail, you understand and agree that the relevant disputes or arguments will be submitted for processing to the People’s Court in Chaoyang district, Beijing.
4.3 This Agreement applies the laws and regulations of China Mainland and excludes the application of all conflicting law principles. The application of the “United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods” has been expressly excluded.
4.4 Please contact our staff for assistance through the contact info in this Agreement if you have any problems you can’t handle during the game account cancelation procedure or any other questions.
